With the score you're mentioning I'm afraid you have less chances of getting IET for MBA as there's a huge rush for the college. But a caveat is that they don't witness any placements. So if you have appeared for any other examination or have some other colleges in option you can definitely check them out. And look out for some other colleges like

• Dayanand Dinanath college of Management 
• Lotus Institute of Management 
• Appolo Institute of Technology

Institute of Engineering and Technology , Lucknow give admissions through UPSEE only. You need to appear and score a very good rank in UPSEE , as its the most preferred college in UP for engineering. Althogh you can apply for Harcourt Buttler Technical University , Kanpur. It is not a part of UPSEE any more and takes admissions through JEE main and Board percentages. You need to apply for it separately as its counselling is other than JOSAA>

The closing rank for MBA in all the fields like Finance, Marketing, HR, Rural in IET lies somewhere near 1900. But if your rank is 394 then you definitely stand a chance. Apart from that the fees is very low and affordable for both the years but for MBA there are no placements.
