GDML Patwari Post Graduate Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Sikar, started in the year 2001, is women’s college situated at Shrimadhopur near Bus Stand, Rajasthan. This institution, located in a small piece of land covering a total area of 0.1996 acres, provides a rich study profile both at undergraduate level and postgraduate level. The college has 762 students in total and 20-member faculty that make the student to teacher ratio reasonable. At the institute there are six courses offered under three degree programmes of Arts and Commerce streams. 

GDML Patwari Post Graduate Mahila Mahavidyalaya has facilities that can be considered favourable for improvement of the learning environment of the learners. A better equipped library is where students and other scholars find source material for their academic activities. The institution also provides departmental laboratories to allow practical session in related courses. Understanding the role of current technologies in teaching, the college has adopted good information and computing technologies. As an extra facility for the students and staffs, the campus provides parking lots for motor vehicle. The college also provides sports like facilities to allow it support the physical aspect of the students’ lives.

The GDML Patwari Post Graduate Mahila Mahavidyalaya provides six full courses for the students, out of which three are Bachelors degree courses and three are Masters degree courses. The undergraduate courses are BA and B.Com with intake of 200 and 150 respectively. At postgraduate level, college provides Master of Arts faculties in Hindi, English, Geography and Political Science stream.

It is also useful that the college is designed to educate women and offer them the conditions necessary for receiving higher education.
