Geeta Adarsh College of Education, Kurukshetra was founded in the year 2006 located in the historic city of Kurukshetra in Haryana and an affiliated institution approved by National Council for Teacher Education, NCTE. This co-educational college has a total of 433 enroled students with a faculty strength of 21 over a 3-acre campus area. The institution provides two courses in the field of education for aspiring teachers and education professionals.

Geeta Adarsh College of Education is supported by a host of updated facilities that foster an all-round learning experience. Geeta Adarsh College of Education has two full-time courses in the Education field. Both are two-year programmes. 

Admission to both programmes at Geeta Adarsh College of Education varies. For the B.Ed course, there are merit-based admissions through a Haryana Government-recognised university, in accordance with the norms and policies of the NCTE and state government. The D.Ed programme involves a totally different admission procedure wherein seat allocation is dependent on a percentage of marks gained in the 10+2 examination. The seat ratio for D.Ed students must be 30% science, 28% for Commerce, 40% for Arts, and 2% for vocational streams. This wide range of seat distribution at all different levels will certainly assure proper representation of students from different streams of academics.
