Geeta Bajaj Women Teachers Training College is one of the renowned educational institutions of Rajasthan which is Established in 1976 in Jaipur. This affiliated college is located in Govind Marg, Moti Doongri Circle, focusing on building the desired future of prospective educators. The college occupies 1.586 acres of land; the designed learning space allows the students to have favourable environments to learn and develop. The institution has the approval of the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), which means that the teacher training programme is of high standard. Now the college is home to 208 students and there 9 dedicated teachers and the students get individual attention as well as quality teaching.

Geeta Bajaj Women Teachers Training College has variety of facilities that are aimed at improving various activities that are deemed necessary for the accomplishment of learning purposes by the students of this college. There is a well furnished library stocked with a large number of books and periodicals in different faculties of knowledge and it occupies a central place in our teachers’ district as source of knowledge for prospective teachers. In terms of physical development the college provides games related sports facilities for different games such as badminton, basketball and football among others. The students are made aware of advanced technology in learning thru 16 computers and printers in school. The language lab is a special concept wherein besides training in written and vocal, they teach Hindi English and Sanskrit. In addition, the college has provided a good quality of an auditorium which has the capacity of 286 that is helpful for an educational and cultural programmes.

Geeta Bajaj Women Teachers Training College currently has only one full time course, which is the Bachelors in Education [B.Ed]. This two-year course has intake of 150 seats and it provides a large number of qualified teachers each year. 

Geeta Bajaj Women Teachers Training College has an inbuilt process for admission and all is done through merit. The candidates are prepared after the Pre-Teacher Entrance Test (P.T.E.T) given by a university that the State Government recognises. This entrance examination is beneficial for filtering out the deserving and suitable candidates to enroll in B.Ed programme to be highly committed and qualified.
