Ghatsila College, Ghatsila in its contemporary prospective is definitely one of the crucial center for learning and education having its origin in the 1961 in Jharkhand state of India. This constituent college has been in the service of the academic society for over six decades and has a plethora of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes for its students. Located on a 9.5 acre compound, the college has adequate learning facilities to enhance the learning processes of the student. Combined student strength of Ghatsila College is 7,736 and the faculties available in the college are 9 which makes it effective to produce quality education. Currently, the institution provides 8 courses under six degree programmes in areas of Arts, Commerce, Science, and Management. 

When it comes to infrastructure Ghatsila College, Ghatsila has guild of facilities that will improve the learning of the students. These include conventional courses like BA, B.com, B.Sc, and professional courses like BCA, MBA, BBA, Bachelor of fashion designing, bachelor of Information Technology and so on. At postgraduate level this college offers Master of Commerce (M.Com) course.
