Gian Jyoti Institutes of Bachelor Education Kangra was started in the year 2003 and it is a co-educational institute situated at Rajol,Kangra, Himachal Pradesh. This affiliated college is recognised from National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) that makes its studies in the respect of teaching standard. Located in a 3 acre land, the institute has total enrolment capacity of 241 students and offers 4 undergraduate degree programmes. At present, the college has a total of 21 faculty members with appropriate student – teacher ratio. Gian Jyoti Institutes deal in the field of education, business administration and computer application in order to fulfil different sectors of students.

Elective facilities offered by the institute to improve the learning environment or situation of the students include the following. A computerised library with adequate number of books on Education and general enable the students to actually grow and build up confidence. The college possesses different departmental based laboratories to support major learning in this colleges. Gian Jyoti Institutes of Bachelor Education offers four full-time undergraduate programmes: B.Ed, D.El.Ed, BBA, and BCA. The total approved intake of all the courses is 230. The first Professional course is the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) which has 100 seats of mediators’ training for teaching profession. Diploma in Elementary Education-D.El.Ed has 50, BBA has 40 & BCA has 40 is the admission capacity.
