Globus Engineering College, Bhopal: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Globus Engineering College was established in 2003 as an affiliated college at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Located on a 100 acres land, the institute has the following BE programs: four in different disciplines. At present, the college has 19 members in the faculty as well as the college aims to deliver excellent education to the students in the field of engineering. 

Several facilities actual or proposed are within the college to improve the learning ability of the students. One of the most noticeable facilities of the college is a library, which contains more than 14 thousand books and has access to about 45 domestic and 25 foreign magazines. It has a state of the art computerized digital system and a large reading room and undergoes conversion to electronic library. It also provides air conditioned well equipped laboratories for each department required for practical instructions. It has an auditorium that serves students’ needs for accommodation of academics and co-curricular activities.

Globus Engineering College provides 4 full time BE programs Each of which takes four academic years to complete. Such ones are BE in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering. The overall capacity approved for all the courses is 180 and the specific capacity for each course is that Mechanical Engineering has the highest capacity followed by other three programs each having a capacity of 30.

The admission criteria used in Globus Engineering College is mostly on merit system. This institute offers admission to the BE programs; preferably for the Computer Science and Engineering course, for the students on the basis of their score in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main).
