Gnanamani college of education Namakkal is one of the leading teacher training college was started in the year 2005 is located at Tamil Nadu India. This co-educational institute sprawling in 6.41 acres is an affiliated college for NCTE recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Though, TMLC has in total 715 learners and has 22 faculty staff members The college offers two post graduate programmes in education.

Gnanamani college of education features several amenities meant to improve education delivery and growth of students in general. A modern and well furnished library is again an important knowledge center which contains the repository of books, refereed journals and online database. The computer laboratory consisting of sixty systems equipped with current software and internet services in education offers a practical study of educational technology. Science laboratory, psychology laboratory, and language laboratory provide field experience in different dimensions of teaching. Sporting needs and required science facilities are also met with a sports complex and a gymnasium. Dormitory accommodation is provided for students who need it and aseptic eating arrangements are provided within the boys’ and girls’ hostels. The campus is however provided with an auditorium in case of larger gatherings, a health section in case of illness and a cafeteria in case of hunger.

Gnanamani College of Education offers two full-time courses: The programme offered include a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and Master of Education (M.Ed) programme.
