Goalpara Polytechnic is the abbreviation of the Goalpara Polytechnic that has been functional since 2017. This polytechnic is considered one of the most noticeable technical institutes at Goalpara, Assam. Actually, Goalpara Polytechnic is a well-recognised AICTE-approved affiliated college that provides quality education in engineering disciplines. The institute has a wide spread campus of 9.17 acres and offers a total of 447 students enrolment and a faculty strength of 2. 

Goalpara Polytechnic offers three full-time diploma courses in Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering for three-year duration. Goalpara Polytechnic offers focused streams of engineering diploma courses. All three courses are full-time for three years. The intake capacity is 60 students in each of these programmes, hence the annual intake capacity is 180 seats throughout the courses.
