Yes, You can get B-Category Admission in either VNR Vignana Jyothi or Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute Of Engineering and Technology if your all india jee mains rank is below 1,20,000. College announce B-Category Admission notification through college official website listing or on leading telugu news paper articles. However you are not elgible for fee reimbursement for fee wavier in tution fee. B Category Admission students must pay entire fee for tution fee. The tution fee at GRIET is 1,03,500/- per year and VNR vignana Jyothi engineering college is 1,01,500/- per year. The college websites are given below,
