Golden Institute of Management and Technology (GIMT), was established in the year of 2012 in Gurdaspur (Punjab). Stretched over a campus area of 10 acres, GIMT has emerged as one of the preferred known names of quality education in this part of the country. The institute provides over 20 courses in 8 degrees, which helps students to find the necessary curriculum according to their field of education. GIMT has a total student enrolment of 449 plus a faculty strength of 52 to facilitate a student teacher ratio for better interaction and learning environment.

Many facilities in the Golden Institute of Management and Technology are modernised to improve the training experience that is cherished in every institute. GIMT has three efficient libraries, out of which there are reserved libraries for the Engineering and Management streams collectively comprising more than 32000 books, many Vernacular magazines, national and international periodicals. These libraries are computerized with e-books, e-journals facilitating with the today’s education and requirement. Those learners who support facilities of sports and body building, there are facilities of indoor and outdoor sports and a well equipped modern gymnasium. Students may engage themselves in sports like athletics, badminton, football, volleyball, table tennis, basketball, cricket and Hockey to have a balanced informative as well as physical activities.

The various courses provided in GIMT include 15 full time courses in a wide area of disciplines.
