Gopalpur College, Balasore, was established in 1978 and is a co-education affiliated college situated in Gopalpur, Bahanaga, Balasore, Odisha. Situated on an 18 acre campus, college consists of much diverse undergraduate coursework. The college offers teaching facilities for an intake of 720 students with a faculty of 19 members. The institution has confirmed to national quality standards through accreditations from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). Including 18 courses across 6 degree programmes, the college ranges with various interests in Arts, Commerce and Sciences.

Gopalpur College has various infrastructural amenities that can contribute to the achievement of its students. The central library was also started in the same year as the college and at present, has more than 13,000 books, journals, newspapers and reference related to different courses.
