Goverdhan Reddy Degree College was dwarfed into 2005, which are affiliated college, located at Telkapally, Nagarkurnool, Mahabubnagar, Telangana. Located on a limited piece of land of 2.21 acres, this college provides various undergraduate courses to address the need of students with different fields of discipline. The college currently has 174 students on average and has a teaching faculty of 14 making it easy of student teachers ratio which is suitable for learning. The college offers four programmes leading to a full degree in three broad disciplines: arts, commerce and sciences.

Goverdhan Reddy Degree College has a wide range of resources ordered to improve the process of learning among college students. The IT facilities are good, as students get the proper and updated technology required for effective modern studies. The modern, well-equipped library is also a research library which is required for any academic activity.
