Government Arts and Commerce College, Bhilad was set up in the year 1999 as an affiliated college in Valsad, Gujarat. This campus, measuring only 3 acres in area, has provided the ideal study environment to a student body of 292 enrolled students. The strength of the faculty touches 14 dedicated teachers, ensuring adequate student-to-teacher ratio.

It aims at giving all-round education; hence, it has come up with numerous facilities that allow the student to enhance their growth. First, it has a library catering to all the academic needs that every student may require, from academic resources down to research materials. The institution also keeps sports facilities for students who might be more interested in physical activities, hence balancing the academic life and health. This facility is in keeping with the dictates of modern education, and it avails the student to the necessary facilities for digital exposure toward their education. Government Arts and Commerce College, Bhilad offers two undergraduate courses viz., BA and B.Com. Both are full-time courses aimed at providing in-depth education to students in their respective fields for three years.
