Government Arts College, Tiruchirappalli known as GAC was established in 1973 located at Tamil Nadu, India. As you have not even mention any college name so i am assuming you are asking for the admission procedure for delhi university.
For admission in delhi university you first have to registered your mobile number and the email id then you have to log in through that email and fill the application form with 100% information in it . Then you have to choose the course and have have to give preference to the colleges then you have to pay the application fee and submit it . After a some days cutoff will be released to have to check all the cutoff and if you are getting any college according the cutoff you have to go to that particular college and do all the paper work and take admission there.
