Government College Badwara located in Badwara, Katni district of Madhya Pradesh was established in 2013 is affiliated college. This university is located in a confined central business location occupying a small area of 0.404 acres. Despite the young age of the college it is constantly extending its programs and facilities throughout the years. At the current moment, the college offers 4 undergraduate courses in three general degree programs and meets the community’s educational requirements. Currently, the number of members in the faculty is 3 hence good student-faculty ratio. The largest capacity is in the Bachelor of Arts (BA) course, with 120 seats, for humanities and social sciences students. The Science stream offers two specializations: The colleges offer the following courses: B.Sc in Botany, Chemistry, and Zoology; B.Sc in Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics, provided the colleges have a strength of 40 students per course. For those interested in business related courses, the college offers a B.Com programme having 40 seats only. All these courses take three years to complete, with intention of offering students a good grounding in their chosen disciplines. The student enrollment for all the courses is 240 which are numbers of opportunities for the interested students in the region.
