Good Luck!

Dear Gulshan, D. Pharmacy is a 6 year course and has got nothing to do with NEET. The basic eligibility is thst you should have completed your 10+2 in science stream with a minimum aggregate of 50-60%. Few institutions conduct admissions based on entrance examinations like GPAT, PMET, UPSEE, UP-CPMT, etc. Few Institutions conduct admissions based on the merit scored in your highest qualification. In GPAT, qualified candidates do get stipend and you can use that facility.

Hello Aspirant,

Pharm D also known as doctor of pharmacy.
Its a 6 year course which includes 5 year of study and 1 year internship.
The fees for this course varies from 70000 to 2 lakhs or 3 lakhs depending on the institute. In some government institutes it is around 20000 to 25000.

Oxford Pharmacy college,  Banglore is a very decent college to do pharmacy.
There are 30 seats for doing Pharm D through this college.
Admission in this college is through KCET. You need to apply online and look for the process and be in touch with the college wevsite for updates.Check this link for more precise information http://www.theoxford.edu/pharmacy/pharm_d.htm

The basic eligibility for doing Pharm D is that you should have passed your 10+2 from a renowned board. Or you should have a dilpoma in pharmacy from a recognised institute.
Hope your query was solved. Ask your further doubts in the comments section.
Thank you.

Admission process is through GPAT, UPSEE, JEE Pharmacy, AU AIMEE, CPMT, PMET

All the best!

I am preparing Neet 2019, how much score needed for BDS in Mumbai  with open category.

Dear Nausheen, NIPER is an entrance examination for admission into Post Graduate and Doctoral level courses in the field of Pharmacy. Admission to courses like M.Tech (Pharmacy), MS (Pharmacy), MBA (Pharmacy) will be done on the basis of GPAT score. The qualifying degree should be B.Pharmacy, or M.Sc in Biological Sciences, M.Sc in Organic/Analytical Chemistry/Life Sciences, M.B.B.S, B.V.Sc or BAMS. For Ph.D, the eligibility is that you should have a MS (Pharma), M.Pharmacy/M.Tech in relevant discipline. Unfortunately Pharma D is not an eligibility criteria for NIPER. And you cannot appear for GPAT either because GPAT eligibility criteria says that you need to have a 4 year B.Pharmacy course as your qualification.

Hii Gaurav, all of these courses are good as we know that pharmacy have a lot of scope nowadays and in coming future too I think you should go for first one it ts a step by step process I mean first complete your graduation after that do post graduation after that do d pharmacy that will be good for you and you will get a proper knowledge too good luck
