Government Engineering College, Dahod, was established in the year 2004 and is one of the most reputed colleges in Dahod, Gujarat. This affiliated college offers varied engineering streams in its 17-acre campus, enjoying the proud approval of the All India Council for Technical Education. With 1,491 students enrolled and 60 faculty members committed to this cause, GEC Dahod ensures a suitable environment to learn and grow in. The institute offers 7 courses across 2 degrees, majoring in different engineering streams. The student body comprises 82% male and 18% female students, with undergraduate students making up 97% while graduate students make up 3%.

It offers Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering and Computer Aided Design Manufacturing and Engineering at the postgraduate level. The sanctioned intake of all its programs together is 246 seats.
