If you are asking about reservation of minorities in government qouta, then as per my knowledge there is no reservation for minorities under government of india. However those institutions which hold minority status provide particular seats for minority student.
You can get minority scholarship if you enrolled in any graduation or professional course. This scholarship amount varies with the course i.e.depending on for which course you applied you will get scholarship.
The fees for graduation in science and commerce stream varies from institutions to institution. For government aided colleges it is usually low compared to private colleges.
