Government First Grade College, Sakarayapatna is located at Kadur town, Chikmagalur district of Karnataka state and the institution was started in the year 2007. This associated college has been established in a small area of 1.1 acre, but it provides a number of undergraduate programmes. Currently the college has 159 student enrolment and the faculty has 9 staffs who are dedicated to provide quality education. DAM offers 9 courses in 3 degrees programmes of arts, commerce, and management. Affiliated to the university and NAAC accredited college aims at providing its courses with a good standard of education.

All these courses are offered for three years.
