Government First Grade College- Thyamagondlu started in the year 2007 is a first grade college affiliated to Bangalore University Nelamangala Taluk, District: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This institution occupies a small area of 1 acre; it has a concentrative list of undergraduate programmes. Currently the college is offering education to 355 students while employing a faculty of 9 people thus ensuring an assuring small class sizes. NAAC-accredited, the institution is evidence that quality learning is paramount to the course being offered. Government First Grade College, Thyamagondlu offers three Postgraduate degree courses independently as well as privately and includes two different disciplines, arts, and commerce streams for students.

The Government First Grade College has various infrastructures to facilitate the learning of its students as part of their college education. For the business oriented students, the college provides an opportunity to undertake a regular course known as Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com).
