Government Law College at Dholpur was established in the year 2005 which is well–known institution imparting legal education in the state of Rajasthan. Located near the Mahakali Temple on Sepau Road, the college provides a suitable atmosphere for legal education. The institution admits a total of 122 students and employs a faculty of only 5 therefore maintaining small class sizes and quality. The college currently offers two full-time degree programmes: A three-year integrated five years LL.B and two-year LL.M degree programme, for those aspiring to pursue a bachelor’s degree in law as well as those who want a master’s degree qualification in law.

The Government Law College has adopted various infrastructures aimed at facilitating the learning. In addition for those interested in more specialisation in law, the college offers a two-year full-time LLM programme with a capacity of forty students intake. Both programmes are intended to provide students with a broad and rich understanding of general and specific principles of law so that after graduation they will be able to become successful legal professionals. The total number of students that are taken through the two courses is one hundred showing that the college always aims to have a good number of those enrolled in class to enable teachers give them their best.
