Government Medical College Palakkad has made its place in maps from year 2014 and the college is situated in East Yakkara, Kunnathurmedu PO, Palakkad-Distan, Kerala. At the Government Medical College, Palakkad, Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) remains the flagship course. Annually, 100 students join this program. The admission to the MBBS is based purely on the candidate's performance in the NEET UG examination which is for six academic years with a mandatory rotatory internship for one year.

You must try to obtain at least more than 500 marks in NEET MBBS result to land into some Government college. Further it depends on which category you belong to. If we talk about the cutoffs of previous years you can say that roughly its 125+ marks for unreserved category to clear NEET.
