Government Polytechnic College, Jolarpet was set up in the year 2013 and is popular institution of technical education in Vellore District of Tamil Nadu. This affiliated college approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) imparts Diploma in engineering disciplines. With total student strength of 705 and faculty strength of only 2 the college offers a concentrated atmosphere for learning. At present, the institute has offered 6 diploma courses in several disciplines such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Telecommunication, Computer Science and Information Technology, and Digital manufacturing Technology. Located in Agraharam of Natrampalli Taluk, the college is the centre of technical learning in the area.
