Government Polytechnic Kishanganj (GP Kishanganj) set up in 2016 functions under the Department of Science and Technology, Government of Bihar and is recognised by AICTE and state board of technical education. GP Kishanganj is affiliated to Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Patna. GP Kishanganj courses include diploma in engineering courses in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electronics engineering, and computer science engineering. GP Kishanganj admissions are done on the basis of Diploma Certificate Entrance Competitive Examination (DCECE) conducted by Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board.
