The Government Tool Room and Training Centre (GTTC) at Hassan, Karnataka is a technical institute specialised oriented technical institute formed in the year 1994. Governing & Owned institute situated at KIADB Industrial Area, Dairy Circle, B.M Road which concentrates on delivering quality education in the tool and die making. GTTC Hassan operating under Kabalgarh Admission is recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education This makes GTTC Hassan to operate under the set standards by the All India Council for Technical Education in the conduct of technical colleges in the country.

GTTC Hassan has the necessary amenities to enable it to operate a technical college adequately. The institute has a rich library facility to make students get access to a vast number of technical books and related information. Departmental laboratories are the primary component of practical education includes the use of laboratory equipment to solve problems.
