GR College of Education that is the focus of the present research is named GR College of Education, the foundation of which was laid in 2019 in Danta Ramgarh, Sikar, Rajasthan. This co-educational institute is an affiliated college recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Located at Pincode: 332702, the college aims to deliver high standard education in the sector of teaching. Situated with a total student intake capacity of 100 with faculty strength of 16, GR College of Education provides the desired environment to future educator. At the moment, the institute only produces one qualification, the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), which is a two-year full course programme.

GR College of Education has numerous facilities to support it developmental mission which is in relation to education. Labs for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology add tone and colour to the education process, as the students practice in addition to their theoretic instruction. As an essential academic resource on the college, the college library contains about 2000 books, local and foreign magazines, and audio-visual materials. At the moment, GR College of Education has only one tuition which is the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme. This full time course has an approved intake capacity of one hundred seats, to cater students who want to take teaching as a profession. The B.Ed programme aims at preparing the students to meet the challenges of teaching in the present day teaching learning environment. The college is specialised in this one specialisation in an effort to produce quality teachers.

GR College of Education does provide admission to candidates on the marks secured in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. Every College does have its on admission policy which based on the state government of Rajasthan and the university affiliated to it.
