Grizzly College of Education, Koderma was established in 2009, is an Affiliated College and located in Koderma, Jharkhand, India. The institute is certified by NAAC and recognized by NCTE from National Council for Teacher Education – NCTE. Located in a 0.9789 acre compound, the college has two distinct education courses. Grizzly College of Education has a total of 269 students and faculty members 25, so the college has low student to faculty ratio that ensures students get the close attention from the faculty they need. The institute remains co-educational and is open for the admission of both sexes of student so that they can accomplish their teaching dreams.

A number of amenities in the Grizzly College of Education aims to complement the learning process of students in the college. Each programme has a tenure span of two years and are intended for students who want to be teachers. The course has a total approved intake of 200 student where 100 is allowed for each programme. This is a perfect setup because it enables the college to keep small student/teacher ratios and thus give appropriate individual attention to those intending to be educators.

The admission system of Grizzly College of Education follows the rules and regulation of the Jharkhand Government. In case of B.Ed and D.El.Ed courses the admission are through entrance tests conducted by the state Government every year. These test also helps in maintaining equality in the selection of potential teachers for institutions in Jharkhand in general.
