Guru Dronacharya College of Nursing, Dharamshala has been started in 2010 and is one of the best nursing colleges in the scenic town of Dharamshala of Himachal Pradesh. This affiliated college offers a number of nursing courses as approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC) under the exclusive enrolment of female students only. Guru Dronacharya College of Nursing runs four full time nursing courses to cater to the need of different levels of nursing education. These are General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing), Post Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Post B.Sc Nursing) and Master of Science in Nursing (M.Sc Nursing). The college has a total approved intake of 130 students spread across all its courses such as GNM – 40, B.Sc Nursing – 40, Post Basic B.Sc Nursing – 30, and M.Sc Nursing with 20. These diverse programmes allow student to enrol for nursing courses at different levels of study, basic and advance.
