Guru Nanak Khalsa Girls College, Jalandhar, was started in 1970 and  at present, it is a leading women’s college in the Punjab. Located in the city of Goraya, this affiliated college occupies a 6 acre area of land allowing it to accommodate a range of courses to its female only student population. With 656 students as total enrolment and 18 are faculties, the college gives a concentrated learning atmosphere. It has also been accredited with the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), which is an indication of quality institution. Having 9 courses for 7 degree programmes, the college is focused on Arts, Commerce, and Computer Science educational fields as a response to students’ diverse learning needs.
