Gyan Prakash College of Education, Gaya is Co-educational and started its services in the year 2009. The college is located in Chiraila, Gaya, Bihar, within a compact campus of 0.75 acres. The affiliated college offers two specialised programs in education and is approved by the NCTE. With a total student enrolment of 315 and a faculty strength of 12, Gyan Prakash College of Education provides the ideal learning environment for the would-be teachers.

A number of facilities are strategically developed to further enrich the education imparted to the students. The admission process of Gyan Prakash College of Education is merit-based, out of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or Entrance Examination. The admission policies of this college are in line with the rules laid down by the State Government of Bihar and the affiliated University.  Similarly, the D.El.Ed. admission is based on merit, as per the State Government or UT administration policies.
