HRIHE is a private affiliated college is Hassan and was started in the year 2007 and the college is named as Haranahalli Ramaswamy Institute of Higher Education. This co-educational institution located in an area of 2.28 acres and is recognized under the University of Mysore, and recognised by AICTE. HRIHE has total intake capacity of 234 students and 5 faculty in total Management and Commerce stream and in total four degree programmes are offered. Established in year 2000, it offers only under graduate and post graduate courses in BBA, B.Com, MBA and M.Com and all courses are only full time courses.

Haranahalli Ramaswamy Institute of Higher Education has a stockpile of facilities that enhance delivery of instructions and enhance the students’ learning process. The college has a rich library with more than 4000 books and over 25 journal titles of commerce, management and business. These include three years’ BBA/B.Com Undergraduate programmes, two years MBA/M.Com Postgraduate programmes. The flagship course of the institute is the MBA programme and has an approved intake capacity of 60 students. Though there are no requirements for intake of other courses in terms of figures, however, the total student enrolment at HRIHE is 234 hence limited enrolment to ensure the students receive individual attention.
