Hi-Tech College of Nursing at Bhubaneswar was started in the year 2006 and is one of the well known college for nursing education in the state of Orissa India. It was separately located in Pandara, Rasulgarh and is a affiliated college which runs under the approval of Indian Nursing Council (INC) to provide quality nursing education. The college is located in a 3- acre campus, and has an overall enrolment of 276 students and 45 faculty members thus has a very good student-teacher ratio. Hi-Tech College of Nursing has developed an extensive course level structure of six courses with two degrees for below and postgraduate level nursing studies.

The college is approved for 125 seats through out all the courses it offers Under undergraduate level the college provides 4- year B.Sc Nursing with 100 intake capacity. Postgraduate course is comprised of five M.Sc (Nursing) programmes of 2 years duration including Medical Surgical Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Obstetrics & Gynaecology Nursing, Paediatric Nursing, Psychiatric Nursing having 4-6 seats each.
