Hi-Tech Institute of Engineering and Management, Bhadrak (HIEM) is an affiliated college situated at Ranital, a subernatorial town of Bhadrak district of Odisha state. Located at N.H-5 Cuttack this institute is dedicated for offering technical education for those who wants to be engineers. AICTE provides accreditation to HIEM so the programs taught at the university meet the national standards of engineering. The institute too provides for several diploma courses which focus on different engineering disciplines and develops career oriented professional for technical world.
