Holy Cross Home Science College, of affiliation was started in the year 1975 situated at Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu. This women’s college is NAAC accredited and offers varied under graduate and post graduate courses. The college occupies a small area of 2.06 acres and includes 718 total student enrolment, and all of them are females. 

It offers 9 courses in 7 degree programmes offered in specialised areas including B.Sc Food Science, Fashion Designing, Computer Science and Commerce. Currently, the college has 36 members of faculty, which enable the college to offer student enrollment with a favorable student/teacher ratio towards the achievement of the constitutional mandate of providing quality education.
