Holy Trinity College of Education, which started its operations in 2002, is a pioneer teacher training college in Keesara, Telangana. This is a co-educational college affiliated with a larger learning institution, and for this reason, it has made some worthwhile contributions to prepare future teachers. As selected and approved by the state government, UT administration, and the affiliated university, Holy Trinity College of Education follows the merit system to admit students. The admission policy depends both on the marks scored in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The college may also use any other methods of selection that may be in existence now.
