HSM Polytechnic, Panipat: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

HSM Polytechnic, Panipat was established in 2008 as an affiliated college in Panipat district of Haryana State. This co-educational institution is approved by the AICTE, New Delhi, and thus has a flair for providing good technical education. This polytechnic is sited on Gohana to Safidon Road in Village Pathri. It has 28 faculty members who are bent on imparting practical technical education to budding engineers desirous of pursuing diploma courses in engineering.

The institute has many facilities to make the students' learning experience more enriching. Separate boys' and girls' hostels provide comfortable stays for students who come from other towns. The campus is fully equipped with a library that promotes an atmosphere of knowledge and research. The HSM Polytechnic provides sports facilities and a gym to look after the physical fitness and recreation of the students.

 The institute also maintains an IT infrastructure to keep up with technological advancement. Other facilities include a cafeteria for refreshing the students, an auditorium for events and gatherings, transport facilities for easy commuting, and medical facilities ensuring the health and well-being of the students. There is an active alumni association that keeps in touch with the past students, which may benefit the current students through networking.

HSM Polytechnic offers four diploma courses, all regular full-time courses. They include Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, and lastly, Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering. All of the aforementioned programs have an intake capacity of 60 each, thereby totaling 240 in all courses taken together. These programs help the students to practically develop the working skills along with theoretical knowledge so that to enable them to easily seek job opportunities in the related engineering sectors.
