Hello aspirant,
No college provides you the tutorials for preparing GATE or IES or any type of competitive exam for engineers, though the faculties teach you according to the prescribed subjects and syllabus properly. One has to prepare for GATE or IES examination on his/her own and if you need some help or you can't prepare by yourself, then you can enroll yourself in any coaching institute that provides you with notes and make you understand with the concepts and also help you to prepare for the exam accordingly. You can also check online tutorials which is also helpful for the preparation of these competitive exams. Go through the concepts properly and understand thoroughly and also solve old question papers which will help you a lot in solving the problems faster.
Hope, it helps you.
