Course Overview

Launched by Coursera, and syllabus offered by the Indian School of Business, A Life of Happiness and Fulfillment certification is a very small course. The inspiration of this course is taken from award-winning content developed by professor Raj Raghunathan from different fields like neuroscience, psychology, and behavioral decision theory.

A Life of Happiness and Fulfillment training gives a recipe to the students for leading a life of contentment, happiness, and fulfillment. The course will involve teachings about the different determinants involved in happiness in one’s life along with skills like happiness, meditation, gratitude, and mindfulness. What you will learn
