Indira Memorial College, Chandiput started in the year 1995, affiliated college situated in Gajapati dist – Odisha. Located in a peaceful 5 acre environment, this organization has been guiding and moulding the young generation for more than twenty years. The college has 13 undergraduate programmes offered in 4 degree programmes majoring in arts and sciences. Having a strength of 785 students and faculty of 16 members, Indira Memorial College allows favorable student-faculty ratio enclosed learning environment. The college truly propagates education through distinctly catalogued honours courses it offers such as Political Science, Odia, History, Economics and sciences in general.

Among these facilities, Indira Memorial College has been equipped with a number of facilities with aim of improving learning environment for its students. Any library with access to books and periodicals can function as knowledge base and a good resource for the students. It boasts of departmental laboratories that enable practical sessions that are very important for science students.
