Indrakali Ramji Singh B.Ed. College, established in 2016, is an affiliated educational institute with its location in Gopalganj, Bihar. This is a co-educational institute that has a compact 1-acre campus solely for the purpose of teacher education. The college offers two regular courses at the undergraduate level: Bachelor of Education and Diploma in Elementary Education; it also has an approved intake of 50 students per course. The total enrolment is 31 students with a faculty strength of 10, and the student-teacher ratio is appreciable. The institution is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education and strives to impart quality education in the teaching field.

The college has a number of facilities that aid in its academic mission. This learning hub is supplemented by a library with 3,500 books on its shelves, of which 1,010 are reference books and 3 are encyclopedias, along with a reading room with a seating capacity of 50 students. The working curriculum at this institution is further aided by a Digital Language Lab, through which improvement in language skills, articulation, and phonetics would be undertaken. There is also a well-equipped computer centre comprising high-performance machines interconnected through high-speed LAN, which provides continuous internet access to the students. It has both indoor and outdoor sports facilities such as chess, carrom, table tennis, badminton, football, hockey, kabaddi, volleyball, cricket, and basketball. Other facilities include canteen, auditorium to conduct events and seminars, guest rooms for visiting faculty and family members, a health centre with first-aid facilities. Indrakali Ramji Singh B.Ed. College offers a total of two courses; both are full-time based.

The Bachelor of Education, B.Ed. and the Diploma in Elementary Education, D.El.Ed., are oriented towards professional teachers. Each course would be for a period of two years and would have an approved enrolment of 50 students, thus bringing the total student enrolment to 100. 

The admission in Indrakali Ramji Singh B.Ed. College is merit-based and is based on marks obtained at the qualifying examination and/or the entrance examination. The college follows admission policies framed by the state government of Bihar, U.T. Administration, and the affiliated university.
