ICM Dehradun is the oldest institution in the state, established in 1953 with the purpose of developing the personality of future leaders. Situated in the beautiful city of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, this institute is embarked on the goal of imparting quality education in the field of management and business administration. The institute is spread over a compact area of 5 acres and is an affiliated college approved by All India Council for Technical Education, making the institution adhere to national educational standards. It offers two major undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses in management with a total enrolment capacity of 120 students. 

ICM Dehradun has a set of facilities that have been so construed as to enhance the learning experience for its students. The library is decently equipped with a repository of 10,000 books to cover the diversity of different subjects under its curriculum and subscribes to more than 50 Indian and foreign journals. This resource centre has the sitting capacity of 40 researchers, which makes it a comfortable study and research zone.

 The state-of-the-art computer centre has 90 networked computers, fully equipped and providing all facilities to the students. Students get the latest technology and software at their disposal. For students who are more into physical activities, ICM Dehradun provides both indoor and outdoor sports facilities. Indoor games include carrom, chess, and table tennis. Outdoor sports include lawn tennis, cricket, badminton, volleyball, basketball, and handball. There are separate boys' and girls' hostels in the institute for making their stay comfortable in the town.

The regular courses the Institute of Cooperative Management, Dehradun, offers are Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration.

The admission process at ICM Dehradun is so structured that it admits only those candidates in its programs who show the most promising potential. The institute accepts scores of various national-level entrance tests like CAT, CMAT, XAT, and MAT for admission to the MBA program.
