The Institute of Engineering and Technology, Bundelkhand University, Jhansi affectionately known as IET-BU, is an architecture of one of the new generation Institute in UP which was established in the year 2002. This institute is in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh and has been training the future engineers for more than two decades. IET-BU is AICTE approved that, assures usage of high standard education delivery process by the institute. There are a total of 56 faculty academicians in the institute having dedicated passion for their professions providing maximum educational exposure to the students. The large hectares of land and well endowed infrastructure affords our learning institute, IET-BU a conducive learning environment for the development of each student. 

About The Facilities The IET-BU boasts one of the largest and diverse complex of facilities to complement the students learning. Library is one of the most important components of the academic process and contains about 2000 books and is opened till 18.00 all the year round. It is equipped with an automated system of cataloguing and a digital resource centre to enable the student acquire information with ease. A solid Information Technology facility is availed in the campus and hence the students are well connected in the information age. Sport and fitness Mai Chui University has separate gym for boys and girls, a swimming pool , equipment for various sports activities. The institute also have fully air-conditioned Gandhi Auditorium with total seating capacity of one thousand to meet the need for academics and cultural activities. 

The Institute of Engineering and Technology, Bundelkhand University provides the overall six under graduate programs all of the B.Tech professional full time programs. These are varied to suit different provisions of engineering thus give students many choices depending on the specialization they wish to peruse. Every program admits 60 students and therefore each course shall apply for 360 students. This controlled admission procedure helps the school to be in a position to accord individual attention as well as quality education to all the students that are enrolled in the institution.
