The Islamia College of Education Warangal is a co-educational institution started in the year 2015, located at Hanamkonda, Telangana. This affiliated college is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) thus making its teacher education standard. Occupying a limited area of 1 acre, the college provides the students with an environment that is specific to the educational process. The institute admits 100 students in total in a year and has a strong faculty count of 16 that allows the institute to provide adequate and efficient student teacher ratio.

There are a number of infrastructures that have been developed in Islamia College of Education for the benefit of improving learning standards of the students. A fully equipped library forms an important study and information centre which is an indispensable tool of teaching and learning. To enhance on physical fitness and recreational activities, we have the institute having sports grounds, and a gym. There is an auditorium for fellow events such as seminars and others and which makes the campus active all the time. The college also has departmental laboratories as an important aspect of education, especially in practical classes. As part of the college’s modern educational facilities, it has adopted efficient IT facilities in facilities. Islamia College of Education is devoted only to the area of teacher education and training As such, It offers only a single full time programme - Bachelors of Education (B.ED). This is a two-year programme approved for 100 intakes, as the institute aim at churning out competent teachers. The B.Ed course is structured to provide the students with the appropriate skills and information related to the profession. 

It is worthy of note that admission process of the Islamia College of Education has follows the policies as laid down by the state government/UT administration and the affiliated university. Selection to the courses is based on marks scored in the qualifying examination and the entrance test. The college may also hold other screening methods as per existing policies in case handling a large workload.
