Islamia Junior Degree and PG College was started in the year 1997 and is an affiliated college situated in Hyderabad, Telangana. Located in a 25-acre land, the college admits students to 4 degree programmes that cascade into 14 courses. At present, the college has 697 learners and 32 faculties to ensure an excellent student to teacher ratio. The institution offers specialization in Commerce, Arts, and sciences together with options in both undergraduate and postgraduate studies. It is our commitment to continually deliver quality in education at Islamia Junior Degree and PG College and supporting learning environment.

Among the facilities that it is establishing for the college of students are of unique features that improve the overall experience. A large library with a comfortable reading area has many books of various genres, religious literature is also provided. There are three computer laboratories equipped with one hundred computers connected to the server so that students meet the requirements of modern informational technologies. Regarding the physical activity, the college is equipped with all the necessary facilities that sports lover desire. It also has canteen facilities, a well designed spacious completion for meetings and functions and well equipped laboratories for practicals. Furthermore, the college provides transport to students with 16 buses, so students can easily commute to college.

Islamia Junior Degree and PG College provides a broad curriculum in education. This institution offers the following courses, 14 full time programmes. These are various B.Sc programmes offered in Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Maths, statistic, computer science, physics, nutrition, microbiology and biotechnology. It also imparts under graduate programme in Bachelor of commerce (B.Com) having a B.Com Computer and B.Com Urdu-medium as well. The courses available for arts students include; Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics, Political science, Public administration & history. At post graduate level, it has the course in Nutrition and Dietetics with an M.Sc degree.
