Jagat Parakash B.Ed. College of 2006 is affiliated to NAGPUR UNIVERSITY, NAGPUR, MAHARASHTRA. This NCTE approved teacher training institute provides specialised programme in education and training. Though occupies a small area of 2 acre of land in Kamptee Road, near MHKS petrol pump,and despite having a small campus, the college successfully creates an ambience suitable for learning for its students. The college has a total enrolment capacity of 100 students at each course level and has a strong teaching faculty of 7 members which again proves effective student-faculty ratio. 

Jagat Parakash B.Ed. College therein has provided several amenities that are deemed of helping the learning process of the students. A library that has many books is a collection center within an organization and is very vital in research activities. From the modern education perspective, the institution boasts of a very strong IT support whereby students can be up to date in the aspects of technology as far as education is concerned. Towards this end, the college has provided sporting amenities and a health facility to complement the growth of student’s skills and muscles in addition to mushrooming their knowledge. The Jagat Parakash B.Ed. College aims at preparing professional teachers with the help of its B.Ed programme. This is a two year full course that is geared towards preparing its learners for better job opportunities in teaching sector. The college provides 50 seats for this programme so students will be able to get this programme by facing competition.
