Founded in 2006, this co-educational institution has been preparing the future educators for more than 10 years. Jagriti Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya focuses on an individual course, which is the Bachelors in Education/B.T.B.ED programme. This full time course is spread over two years and the authorised admission capacity is one hundred seats. Nature of B.ED programme is such that it is made for those students who want to join the teaching profession and recognise that they need some skills and knowledge to do this. Though this a specialised teacher training course, the institute shows that it has the ability produce quality teachers for the future.
