The Jagruti Degree and PG College is an affiliated college which was set up in 1993 in Hyderabad, Telangana. Located on a small piece of land of 1.3315 acres, the college has been providing quality undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Currently, Jagruti College has a student population of 3,347 students, and 53 members of faculty staff offered a favourable ratio of student, faculty, and staff. There are fourteen courses affiliated to six different degree courses including Computer Science, Mathematics & Computer Science, Electronics, Business Administration, B.COM and Education. Being an affiliated college, it actually comes under the jurisdiction of a known university hence it follows proper admission of academic programmes.

To promote the achievement of the intended educational goals and objectives, Jagruti Degree and PG College has put in place a number of infrastructural facilities. The commerce stream is B.Com and B.Com (Computer Applications) and management stream is BBA. In post graduate, the college offers M.Sc in Computer Science, Mathematics and Electronics and MBA.
