Jairam College of Education, Karur is an affiliated college that was started in the year 2007 is in Tamil Nadu, India. This co-educational institution gives recognition from the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) to make the educational institution effective in providing quality education in teaching profession. Offering a campus that occupies only 0.65 acres of land, the college is located on Salem Bypass Road close to Mahamariamman Temple. Jairam College of Education currently offers one full-time course, named the B.Ed program. The program is a two-year degree program and the college is allowed to accept a maximum of 100 students depending on the student/teacher ratio that the college prefers. It is with this regard that B.Ed course was structured to shape students into professional teachers to fit the teaching profession.
