Janhit College of Law, Greater Noida, was established in the year 2002 under affiliation with Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, located in Knowledge Park-1, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Bar Council of India (BCI) approval itself indicates the collegiate ability of quality legal education. With a total student strength of 977 and a a faculty of 23, college ensures an appropriate learning environment.

The institute has a number of facilities that are meant to make the student experience much better. At the core of these is the college library a rich resource center with well-stocked books, journals, periodicals, magazines, etc. It is one of the prime sources for legal research, combining traditional print materials and expanding sources of the electronic and other technologies. Ground floor location of the library ensures that setting at the right note for students with enough opportunity to indulge in research and study in a relaxed mood. The institute also has modern facilities, including laboratories, a Moot Court to give students practical practice in the legal profession, an auditorium for diverse events and seminars, and a cafeteria for the students and staff. Among all the full-time courses, the Janhit College of Law offers only three, thus getting quality over quantity for its educational services. The five-year integrated BA LLB has an intake of 60 seats, and the three-year LLB has 300 seats.

The admission process is different for different courses in Janhit College of Law. Admission to the B.Ed course is made on merit basis based on the marks obtained by the candidate in the qualifying examination and in the entrance examination, if any, under the policy of the State Government and University.
